How to Use Windows 7 Remote Assistance (Secretly Computer Access)
At the release of Windows XP has introduced two new technologies to the public, namely Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance. Remote Desktop remain focused on business use, providing users with access to their home computer while you're traveling. You can run your computer as if you were there, but through a mobile machine (laptop, the smartphone, tablet, etc.).
On the other hand, Remote Assistance seeks to serve home users out there. Remote Assistance has the ability to share a Windows desktop with other Windows users. You can share control of both the mouse and keyboard to the user in both LAN (Local Area Network) or via the Internet (WAN).
Of course, the future brings innovative software solutions and Windows 7 brought a new feature called Easy Connect. This new addition to the Remote Assistance simplify the whole process only requires a password. Even passwords can be done away with if the files exchanged contacts and established a trusting relationship.

How to Use Windows 7 Easy Connect
Say you are having problems with your Windows 7 machine and you need help from someone with a little more expertise. Free step-by-step will take you through the steps to ask for help using Remote Assistance - Easy Connect.
Step 1: Type "assistanc" into the start menu search bar, then click on the link Remote Assistance Windows Remote Assistance program to start.
Step 2: You will be asked if you want to ask for or offer help. To ask for help, someone select "Invite someone you trust to help you".


Step 3: Now you will be offered the option to save the invitation as a file and attach it to an email (if the other users do not have access to the Easy Connect, such as using the Windows version), using e-mail to send an invitation (provided you have a compatible email program ), or use the easy connect. Choose easy connect. Select Use Easy Connect as shown below.


Step 4: A new window shown below will appear. This is the password that you helpper will need to access your computer. So you input the password to the computer helpper on his PC.


Now let's say you are on the other side of this scenario and taking time out of your busy day to help a friend in need. Here is what you should do!
Step 1: Type in "assistance" to the search bar in the start menu, then click on the link Remote Assistance Windows Remote Assistance program to start.

Step 3: Once again, you will choose to use Easy Connect. As an alternative, if you send the file as an invitation, you will choose the other option.


Step 4: You are then prompted to enter a password which must be filled by hellper you, that you created earlier in Step 4 above. After you enter the password you will be given access to their desktop.


Some neat features include the ability to have a chat session to clarify and explain the troubleshooting steps that you are taking, as well as the ability to stop sharing your desktop at any time by simply pressing the button on the top of the window reads "Stop sharing".
